About Me

For over three decades, I've dedicated my career to the healthcare field in the UK, initially as a nurse and later transitioning into medical education. Throughout this time, I've witnessed the profound impact of stress, hectic lifestyles, fatigue, adversities, pain, illness, and emotional trauma on individuals—manifesting in physical, mental, and emotional challenges.

In the early months of 2020, as the Covid-19 pandemic unfolded, the world abruptly hit the pause button, prompting me to reflect on my own life. I found myself grappling with exhaustion, depleted energy, and unmistakable signs of stress and burnout.

It was during this introspective moment that Qigong emerged as a transformative force, rescuing me from burnout and aiding in the healing process for various physical challenges. As someone who had also battled asthma since childhood, relying on daily inhalers, the practice of Qigong has enabled remarkable improvements in my lung function, leading to a significant reduction in my reliance on inhalers. Truly,

Qigong has proven to be a powerful form of medicine in my journey to wellness.

Why I love Qigong

Qigong's energizing fusion of meditation and gentle movements has revitalized me, enhanced my breathing, strength, and resilience. This transformative personal journey inspired me to become a certified Qigong instructor, driven by a passion to share its life-enhancing benefits.

Inspired by the wisdom encapsulated in the saying, 'Add not only years to your life but life to your years,' my life's intention is to advocate for better balance, paving the way for a healthier and happier second half.

Qigong, a simple yet remarkably effective self-care practice, is a gift we all deserve. It serves as a compass, guiding us to navigate life's challenges and flourish with vitality.
